We are required by law to provide details of every passenger travelling to the relevant government authorities. This is known as Advance Passenger Information (API). Whilst it is better to complete ahead of your journey to save you time at check in, if you are unable to complete this information through our portal, you may complete this at port during check in.
You will need the following information available, so please have this to hand:
Your Booking Reference.
Passport or other eligible travel document for the lead passenger.
Passport information including document number, expiry date, date of birth and place of birth for any passengers you are travelling with.
You don't need to provide the information for all the passengers in one go. You can save the information for those passengers you have available and then return to complete the others at a later date. If you are unable to complete any information via our API portal ahead of your journey, please do not worry, you can complete this at port during check in.
